Standing Order Regarding Disclosure of
Recommendation and Diagnostic Information
Pursuant to the Rule 32 Amendments, which become effective December 1, 1994, the Court
provides by local rule that the probation officer's recommendation and other diagnostic
and confidential information will not be disclosed unless so ordered by the Court on a
case-by-case basis. The probation officer is to provide the defendant and counsel a
summary of any diagnostic and confidential information and they will have an opportunity
to comment on the summary.
