
Rule 5.2 Pleadings.
(A) Facsimile Filings. The clerk of court is authorized to accept for filing papers transmitted by facsimile equipment in situations which have been previously determined by the clerk of court or any judge to be of an emergency nature or other compelling circumstance. In those situations, the original pleading, upon receipt by the clerk of court, will be substituted for the facsimile copy and will be docketed by the clerk.
(B) Certificate of Service. All pleadings and papers required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 5 to be served on other parties shall be accompanied by a certificate of service setting forth the date and manner of service and the names and addresses of all persons upon whom service has been made.
