The U. S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have proposed amendments to the Courts’ Uniform Local Rules, including proposed amendments to certain admiralty rules and modifications to certain forms.  The Courts invite comments from the bar.  Comments should be forwarded to the Clerk of Court for either district by September 30, 2016.
