The court's electronic document filing system (CM/ECF) will 
be out of service beginning Friday, July 30, 2010, beginning at 6:00PM. 
The purpose of this down time is to upgrade the CM/ECF servers. 
It is anticipated that the CM/ECF system will return to service 
on Monday, August 2, 2010 at 8:00 AM.
