The Local Rules Advisory Committees for the Northern and Southern District of Mississippi have posted for public comment proposed changes to the Uniform Local Civil Rules and the Uniform Local Criminal Rules. Links to these proposed rules are provided below. Comments regarding the proposed rules may be mailed or e-mailed to the Clerk of Court for either district. The deadline for comments is January 31, 2013.
