The current 14-year term of U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Katharine M. Samson of the Southern District of Mississippi will expire September 29, 2024. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit is considering whether to reappoint Judge Samson to a new 14-year term.
