A number of users have received fake emails purportedly from the Court about an alleged filing. These emails may have an attachment and may appear to contain a Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF). Please disregard these emails. They are not from the Court and are phishing attempts to convince recipients to respond. Once replied to, the recipient is sent a follow-up email containing a link to access a document that leads the user to a malicious website. They may appear as follows:
